Passion Pit
I know all you cooler than thou scene kids have been raving about Passion Pit for over a year now.
I'm just a little slow on this one but I cannot stop listening to Passion Pit. This Massachusetts band sounds like if MGMT, Justice, LCD Soundsystem and Radiohead had a hipster lovechild.

Politics is the art of repression
Repression of anyone who does not accept the limitations of her social role, who wants to change things on the basis of her own desires. Repression of anyone who longs to be done with passivity, deliberation, and delegation, and to set fire to those who insist upon them and nothing else. Repression of anyone who does not want to let her precious self be supplanted by any organization or immobilized by any program. Repression of anyone who wants to have unmediated relationships with others and feels that this is only possible through the tearing down of barriers, both social and physical. Repression of anyone who does not have a “we” on which to swear. Repression of anyone who disrupts the precious compromises of those who wait patiently. Repression of anyone who gives of herself without hope of compensation—of anyone who defends her companions with love and resoluteness—of anyone who refuses to accommodate herself to the consolation prizes offered those who tried once and failed. Repression of anyone who neither wants to govern nor to control—of anyone who wants to live and act immediately, not tomorrow or the day after tomorrow—of anyone who wants to transform life.

In Celebration Of Diversity
I don't know how many of my Welsh homies read this or anyones homies for that matter but if you are around Wales this weekend please goto this.
"IN CELEBRATION OF DIVERSITY FOR A UNITED SWANSEA
17th September at 4pm outside YMCA St Helen's Rd
Bring yourself, your friends, banners, drums....
RACIST HOOLIGANS in the so-called ‘Welsh Defence
League’ (WDL) - closely linked to the Nazi
BNP and the English Defence League (EDL) -
are planning an anti-Muslim demonstration in
Swansea. Previous demonstrations in the UK
have seen their thugs attack Asian people, chant
"Muslims out" and worse at passers-by, and
make "Seig Heil" Nazi salutes.
Islamophobia - bigotry against Muslims - is as
unacceptable as any other form of racism. Its aim
is to divide us by making scapegoats of one
community. This is the same as when Oswald
Mosley's fascist Blackshirts targeted Jews in the
1930’s, or the 1970’s when the fascist National
Front ran round the streets terrorising black and
Asian people.
It is vital that we do not sit back and allow a small
minority of racist thugs with links to the fascist
BNP to terrorise and intimidate Muslims in Britain.
All communities need to stand up and link
arms against racists and Nazis.
That's why Unite Against Fascism called a counter
demonstration against the EDL in Birmingham
in August. That's why we helped mobilise thousands
of people in Harrow in September to defend
the local mosque against the EDL and its
affiliates. Today they threaten the mosque, tomorrow
it could be a synagogue, temple or
church. Today they threaten Muslims, tomorrow
it could be Jews, Hindus, Sikhs, blacks, gays,
travellers or Eastern Europeans.
There is no place for the Nazi BNP or racists
in Swansea's multi-racial, multi-cultural and
multi-religious community:
STOP THE NAZIS "

Songs of the week
Here are a couple of my favourite songs of the moment.
First up are The Goodtimes.
Catchy Essex indie pop. This four piece has catchy tunes which are rapdily gaining attention from the NME crowd. Personal favourites are Your Game & Same Time Next Week. I'm going to see them tonight at The Notting Hill Art Club so I'll keep you posted on their live show.
Secondly are the awesome Spinnerette.
I may be a little biast here because I am in love with Brody Dalle. You can strongly tell she has been influenced by Blondie in their Parallel Lines era. Although a lot more pop than The Distillers Brody pulls it off well and when she breaks into her signature scream, it still has the same chilling effect that The Distillers songs had back in the day.
Finally is the amazing Manchester Orchestra.
One word to describe this song is epic from their brilliant second album; Mean Everything To Nothing. Heavily influenced by Brand New with strong religious overtones this song has a beautiful build up and front man Andy Hulls voice soars over this song.

Amnesty International
This is a post from Amnesty International.
1 in 8 women die in childbirth in Sierra Leone
In Sierra Leone, one in eight women risk dying during pregnancy or childbirth. This is one of the highest maternal death rates in the world.
Irene Khan's visit to Sierra Leone marks the start of Amnesty International's action against maternal mortality in the country. A "campaign caravan" will tour Sierra Leone over the coming weeks, providing information and fueling debate on the issue of maternal health.

Brand New - Daisy
Brand New Daisy is released today.
Buy It. Buy It Now. I have been lucky enough to own it for the last couple of weeks as I have the willpower of a fish and downloaded the leaked version. I brought the album today because you can't rip off the best band on the planet. This album is amazing but I'm warning you that if you are not into Jesses scream you will not be pleased, but I personally feel like Jesses scream is one of the sexiest things on this planet. You can tell there inspiration comes from a lot of superchunk, archers of loaf and a little bit of Fugazi. Stand out tracks for me right now include Sink, Noro and Bed. Vinnie Acardi wrote a lot of the songs on this album and he doesn't disappoint. Overall another great album with a completely different feel from Brand New
Also buy your tickets for Brand New at Wembley Arena on the 23rd of January. It's going to be insane.

To the two of you who may occasionally check this blog. I'm back.
To your delight/dismay I have basically been really shit at updating this over the Summer. In my defense I went on a mission around mainland Europe for 5 weeks, moved into another lovely London abode, spent a good few weeks in Cardiff and the lovely beaches and forests of Wales and kept up my alcoholism.
But I'll be back now with all the usual shit you don't care about - various musical, political and general ramblings. End of narcissistic post.

Hope Not Hate
Unfortunately the racist BNP won two seats in the EU election.
Sign this petition to show that it's not in your name; http://www.hopenothate.org.uk/
It's a dark time when a party that would kick out all people who wern't born in Britain. Then they'd kick out all non-whites who were born here. They would remove all gay rights. They deny the holocaust and have thousands of links with facism and the Nazi party. This is Nick Griffin the leader of the BNPs main bodyguard;
I'm ashamed Britain. Now we have to do everything we can to stop them getting any larger and destroy the power they have already.

Susan Boyle
Am I the only one who knew it all along? Susan Boyles a fucking badass.
First off all I have not watched one episode of Britains Got Talent so maybe I'm not one to comment but I've had a feeling that she's played the media perfectly. Good one Susan. She has followed a fool proof plan to stay famous for at least a year.
Step 1: Go viral, youtube is the way to become famous these days from that dude who sang chocolate rain to OK GO making a massive comeback with a frankly average song. Get a youtube viral hit and become famous.
Step 2: Daytime TV. The TV is full of daytime TV with absolutely fuck all interesting on and there are millions of the unemployed,students and house wives and husbands with fuck all to do but watch anything that's put on screen. Get on as many of these shows as possible with 2 minute segments on how fame still hasn't hit you or effected you yet.
Step 3: The Make-over. After everyone denying for the last week that you're not going to get a make-over and stay the way you are. Get a make-over, watch as the public slowly starts becoming wary of you after the initial buzz has worn off. Have a less than average final performance as people realize that your voice is just good not amazing.
Step 4: The breakdown. Lose the talent contest,let the fame get to your head. Get back into all the front page headlines by checking into the priory, get the publics sympathy back on your side. Let off all your steam by running down in a corridor in your bra swearing at Simon Cowell.
Step 5. The rise from the ashes. You've been to hell and back, from church singer with alot of cats to worldwide to sensation to national train wreck but not you've got through it all and the public love you. Release an album and it goes straight to number 1. Worldwide tour and millions come out to see you, then run for mayor of the town and people sympathize with your story. Become mayor then goto national politics soon we have you as Prime minister where you mobilize your armys and eventually become leader of the world. Too far?
Or maybe it's a poor women from Scotland who had a slightly average voice who was built up by the media to be a hero of Nelson Mandela proportions who then got bored of her with in a week before slowly bashing her down with a sick public loving every minute of this womens mental breakdown.

Baselines
I am someone who likes baselines the heavier the better for me.
Here are some of my favourite dirtiest tunes around at the moment.
I recommend you have a good sound system for these songs and turn them up loud otherwise you really won't get it.
RUF - Want Some Crack.
I haven't heard a baseline like this in ages even though the name puts me off slightly.
Bar 9 - Shaolin. It's like Ruskos 2NAQ x 100.
Loefah - Voodoo. Just listen to it.
What are you favourite dirty tunes?

Gigs n Stuff
These last couple of weeks I've been to some fantastic gigs,
It started off at the end of April when I went to see Basement Jaxx in The Globe,Camden because a very lovely friend of mine got us V.I.P Passes.
Anyway if you get a chance to see Basement Jaxx do it there were some of the best costume changes in ages and the tunes are brilliant too;
The next band I went to see was YoungBlood Brass Band in The Globe in Cardiff and they were amazing maybe one of the hottest gigs I've ever been to but if you get a chance check them out.
Last but definatley not least I got to see the mighty Cursive at Clwb Ifor Bach. They didn't come on until 11pm and were supported by Dirty Leaves (Featuring members of Kids In Glass Houses and 1920s) and The Muscle Club who were both excellent and prime Welsh talent for you guys to check out. Cursive were brilliant as expected just the crowd at the gig was still.

Male Strippers
I normally don't talk about my friends on here but this is to funny not to.
It was my friends 21st birthday a few weeks back and to surprise her some people thought it'd be good to get her a male stripper as a present for the party and after paying £130 pounds this is what shows up.
Sorry Jade but this man should not be a stripper and definatley not £130 worth of stripper. To make matters worse he apparently only stayed for 5 minutes and fucked off again. So this is a warning to all you randy folks out there who feel like getting a stripper for a friend or personal use I won't judge but I would ask you to get a picture first.
Just a treat for the ladies here are some more photos of this lovely man;

The Sounds
The Sounds one of my very favourite bands are releasing a new album this summer.
Heres the new single no-one sleeps when I'm awake on Last call with Carson Daly.
I like it a-lot and I'm hoping to catch them live soon as I just missed them playing London as I was broke and I've seen them once before but it was at the reading festival NME tent and they were the first band on this bill so I only caught 3/4 of the set from the back of the tent. So if Maja you are one of the two people who read this please come to London or Cardiff please.

Ham-a-geddon
It's ham-a-geddon people.
You don't know how long it took me to come up with that pun but anyway apparently we're all going to die from a few bastard pigs. Who knew the thing that would kill us all would be pigs. I'm one of the people who think pigs are cute but not cute enough that I won't eat bacon but cute none the less. Who knew all this time they were just plotting and waiting to release the virus that kills us all.
Seriously though, people need to stop panicking as someone coughed on the tube earlier and people looked at him as he was George Bush was the terror and disgust on their faces. If I were a stock broker right now which thankfully I'm not because I have a soul, I would invest in the mask trade right now especially because these masks aren't just a way to stop germs they are now a fashion accessory with people pimping out there flu masks in amazing ways;
and my personal favourite;
All you need to do people is wash your hands and if you feel sick goto a doctor and get some oink-ment(Oh yes I went there). Maybe people should worry less about swine flu and more about the plain old boring original flu which kills thousands each winter, but that's no fun now is it?
Peace in the middle east x
You don't know how long it took me to come up with that pun but anyway apparently we're all going to die from a few bastard pigs. Who knew the thing that would kill us all would be pigs. I'm one of the people who think pigs are cute but not cute enough that I won't eat bacon but cute none the less. Who knew all this time they were just plotting and waiting to release the virus that kills us all.
Seriously though, people need to stop panicking as someone coughed on the tube earlier and people looked at him as he was George Bush was the terror and disgust on their faces. If I were a stock broker right now which thankfully I'm not because I have a soul, I would invest in the mask trade right now especially because these masks aren't just a way to stop germs they are now a fashion accessory with people pimping out there flu masks in amazing ways;

Anarchism in America
This basically explains my life through television.
It's Sunday night and instead of doing work I'm going back and forth between watching Desperate Housewives and a very good documentary called Anarchism In America about Anarchism and how it works.
This documentary has interviews with Emma Goldman or archive footage of her and lots of information about when Anarchism ruled the Basque part of Spain when they were fighting Franco and the fascists.
anyway if you get the time watch the documentary here;

EUROTRIP
Inspired by all this lovely weather that will probably only last for a week. I planned out my Summer trip. I even made a handy map to illustrate my journey.
That's my Art GCSE coming into is own there. I'm getting a coach pass so there are gonna be some ridiculously long journeys but that's what travel scrabble is for.
Anyway the list goes London to Paris to Barcelona to Benicassim Festival back to Barcelona to Venice/Florence (Haven't decided yet) to Prague to meet some more people to Berlin to Amsterdam to home.
Except for the festival which is ten days we wills pend two or three days in each places. I'm very excited and am going to start working on my tan now.
If anyone is out there from these places and would like to put me and my good friend Jen up I'll be very grateful.

Christwire
I may have just found the most hilarious/wrong internet site.
With some charming article headlines such as;
"Silly Chinese Commies Try To Rebuild Noah’s Arc"
"AC/DC Helps Satan Enter Another Child’s Body"
"Black Mother Pushes Her Sexual Deviances Onto Her Daughter"
"Are Your Children Dirty Little Easter Commies?"
"Hallmark is a Homo Supporting Sinner Factory"
Thinking about it the more I read the more repulsive I find this.
Some people honestly are thick as shit.

Pictures & Slipknot
This may be the most emo images of me ever. I swear I'm normally not that bad.
Anyway this afternoon I have been living out my metal past with Slipknot. I remember when I was 12 and Iowa had just come out I queued for 5 hours to get the album signed.

Some of you lovely people by now might think I'm just some crazy anarchist loving rock and electronic music raver kid. The truth is you wouldn't be far off but I do have a pop side and here are two songs I literally can't get out of my head. So check them out I think both of them need way more recognition;

I have just found out that Peaches is playing Benicassim yay.
She is the perfect act for that festival.
I love her. Mind you I heard the new song yesterday and wasn't blown away and but the last couple of albums have been brilliant.
So Happy Easter and enjoy peaches.

Disney Brats
This probably comes as no surprise to anyone but I hate the new spawn of Disney Brats that in the last three months have ejaculated all over the U.K.
I've been aware of the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyruses (I have no idea how to plural her surname) of the world for a while now as I watch a lot of American TV and because I'm a student and therefore have way too much free time. I was fine with them staying in America with the crazy Christians and parents who think if there child hears the word fuck they'll be corrupted for life. I've got news for you kids swear already they generally know the important words by 11,maybe younger.
Please parents,don't let your children think that the Jonas Brothers are real music and introduce them to some real punk bands instead so they'll be politically aware and think for themselves and not buy into any of the Disney Corporations bullshit. Otherwise poor unsuspecting blind musically gifted people will have to be forced to go through ordeals like this again..
I was fine until without my notice they creeped across the atlantic and took over our charts as well and if i see a sudden surge of 12 years olds with purity rings and fractured ear drums we know who's to blame. Please go away I know not all British music is perfect but just go back to the kiddie farm or wherever Disney gets these kids from.

Dream Warriors
I'm going to be back in Cardiff tonight for two weeks. Badass.
This song is a tune. I love it. It uses the Quincy Jones/Austin Powers sample but was before Austin Powers but obviously not before Quincy Jones.

Dream Warriors - My Definition Of A Bombastic Jazz Style
Things that mattered this week.
This week was an important week for everyone mainly for different reasons, for me and millions of people it was time for justice as we protested against the g20 summit and for changes in there approach to the climate,trying to get justice for the economy and against the illegal wars around the world. For other people though there was a far more important event that happened last night. In a one hour Eastenders special it was finally revealed that Danielle was Ronnies daughter and they had one moment of happiness before she was killed in true Eastenders style in a random car accident.
I have never seen people so angry and outraged who have threatened to boycott all things related to it. I wish I was talking about the protests but I'm talking about Eastenders. Hey I know it's sad I'm not knocking Eastenders I watched it myself and was looking forward to the end of the tragic storyline but it seems like we have been getting our asses kicked by some of the most violent police I have seen just so we can be portrayed as thugs. We just can't get our voices heard on massively important issues and all people care about is Eastenders. Thinking about it now there is another thing people really are angry about ;the new facebook layout.
I was at the g20 protest on Wednesday and we weren't allowed to protest from the get go. If you treat people like criminals eventually they'll start acting like them. It was our right to protest. I was outside the bank of england and was there till around 6pm and I was there when RBS got smashed and I strongly believe that the police made things 1000 times worse. If anyone was looking for trouble it was the police and I found this quote on a blog on the guardian.com;
"The trouble-makers are out in force again. Dressed in black, their faces partly obscured, some of them appear to be interested only in violent confrontation. It’s almost as if they are deliberately raising the temperature, pushing and pushing until a fight kicks off. But this isn’t some disorganised rabble: these people were bussed in and are plainly acting in concert. There’s another dead giveaway. They are all wearing the same slogan: Police."
We will go on until the rich are stopped thinking of the needs of a few and we put people before profit.

Reading Festival
First of all I want to apologize as I feel like I have been neglecting this blog as of late for numerous reasons but I'm gonna sort it out again.
Secondly when I thought my plans for the Summer were basically sorted they had to go and announce the reading line-up. It is ridiculous with bands playing like Radiohead,Deftones,Brand New,The Prodigy,Yeah Yeah Yeahs,Kings Of Leon,Bloc Party,Florence and The Machine,Gallows and apparently there are more headliners to be announced.
So now I'm stuck I wanted to goto Thailand this Summer for 6 weeks and I'm already going to Benicassim which has great bands such as Oasis,Kings of Leon,The Killers,Franz Ferdinand,Lily Allen,TV on the radio,Mystery Jets,White Lies,Glasvegas but I would kill to see Radiohead,Deftones,Brand New(again),The Prodigy and The Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
I have one day to decide before all tickets are definatley gone. I think I'm going to have to put off Thailand and have a Summer of festivals basically because of this;

Afganistan
Found this on vices site. The photos are pretty mint so you should go check them out.
In the summer of 2008, photographer Pieter-Jan De Pue sent us an email asking if he could give Vice’s contact information to the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan in the hope of securing an assignment to be embedded with American troops there. He had been to Afghanistan the year before, but since that trip didn’t end so well (after getting lost in the mountains, he was imprisoned, first by the Chinese Army on suspicion of being an American Air Force spy and later by tribal militia on suspicion of being al-Qaida), he was looking for a more secure way to travel the country and shoot his stories. Going on a trip with a group of guys who are part of the best-trained army in the world seemed like the safest option. He was granted access and embedded with an American unit working alongside the Afghan National Army (ANA). Two days into his assignment, the platoon was ambushed. The lieutenant was killed and four other soldiers were either injured or went nuts and had to be sent home. Lesson: It’s never safe in Afghanistan.

Drug Laws
There's all these stories about esctacy being down graded and whatever.
I agree with that it should be and actually that all drugs should be legalized and controlled as it would cut crime risks and health risks but that's another thing..
A friend of mine last week got sent down for three and a half years for drug dealing,fair enough you could say but I do not see how this is fair when a man who killed a friend of mine two years ago only got two and a half years in prison.
Sort it out law.

Asia
I'm planning a trip to Asia in the Summer and it's got me all excited.
I have an issue I have about 4 months off over the Summer basically from the end of May until the end of September. I would love to go away for the whole 4 months but that would be silly.
I have Benicassim festival in Spain on the 10 until the 24th July. Right smack bang in the middle of all this. So here is where I'm stuck do I go from late May to the beginning of July or do I go from the end of July until the end of September. I'm basically just gonna figure out which one gives me more time/will be cheaper.
Either way I'm very excited.

The Gaslight Anthem
There is one band taking all my love at the moment that that is The Gaslight Anthem. I love them I love them and his awesome voice.
As Britain cannot deal with the slightest bit of snow the last couple of days have been a bit boring but I did make a snowman for the first time. We named it Rasputin after the Russian weather that brought us this snowstorm.
Just another thought the weather and the TV have been saying for days before all this snow that the weather will be insane why didn't they grit the roads or take any precautions?
EDIT: Two songs I can't stop listening to today. Sage Francis vs Dashboard Confessional. Legion Of Doom remix. Sage Francis fucking rules.
"Friendly Fires a funny word like Civil War"
Also Frank Turner - Reasons Not To Be An Idiot

Roni Size
Andy C,Roni Size,Dillinjah,Fabio and Shy FX are who's on the line up tonight.
Loving a bit of Roni Size. Play it LOUD.
Yesterday I was quite possibly in one the coolest rooms I've have inhabited. Because of a lovely friend of mine I was on the guest list for Lily Allen at Kokos and after the show we somehow made it into the green room which was a 3x3 meter room occupied by Mark Ronson,Alfie Allen,Lily Allen,Henry Holland,Miquita Oliver and Nick Grimshaw. They were talking to me and my friend like we were some one in the industry when we were just two very lucky kids. Anyway that was cool and one of those moments when you think WTF?.
I watched Nick & Norahs Ultimate playlist a couple of days ago. Very good film,I'd recommend to go see it if you liked Juno and that type of movie.

Randiest in the world
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1090612/Now-Britain-leading-world--promiscuity.html
According to the daily mail we are the most promiscuous nation in the world. Yaay.
Of course the Daily Mail hates this which makes me like it that much more.
This is the part that got me;
"Researchers blamed the situation on a decline of religious scruples, the growth of equal rights for women and a highly sexualised popular culture."
Godamnit now we have all those rights because we not at home in the kitchen anymore so we're having sex with every male/female we see.
Long live sex.

This is my last night for university induced hell. Yiipee.
This video for some reason really shits me up,when the cats getting closer and closer I just get more and more nervous.
It's worse than any horror movie.
Now all I have to do is 1500 words on french philosopher Emile Durkhiems views on spiritutality and martyrdom in comparison to Britney Spears shaving her head. I know!

Tender
When your life for the last week has been essays,Chelsea Lately and Harry Potter scene it DVD games it can get a little depressing. That has been my life since Sunday trying to do all this university work. Friday is when all this ends and I can be free to go back to drinking my life away and I have a whole week before university starts again. Yay.
I must be in a optimistic and acoustic mood today as the songs of the moment consist of a lot of Jesse Lacey solo covers,and also this lot.
Also alot of Neutral Milk Hotel
I hope my life picks up soon because even the people at the chinese takeaway know me by name. The plus side of that is free spring rolls.

I mean it would seriously blow your mind,but I just accidentally closed down the browser so tough.
Dear San Miguel and White Weatherspoons Wine I'm just writing to say how fucked off I am by the fact that you landed me in hospital last Monday night. Apparently I collapsed in the middle of Islington which is frankly quite embarrassing because of this I am terminating our relationship for the time being.
Dear Bacardi Breezers I turned to you after being so hurtfully betrayed by San Miguel and White Wine. I drunk you with caution but you still turned on me forcing me to edit my profile on various social networking sites to barely legible drunken words. You also made me speak to many an acquaintance like a 5 year old child in the like of;
"U alRitE? i'M soo phssseeed lmfao" I don't appreciate this kind of behavior i'm not going to terminate our relationship just give you a hefty warning.
The band of today is The Guns. From the valleys the lead singer Alex produces alot of bands but his own bands is one of the most kick ass rock and roll bands in a while. They also make Andrew W.K look like an Osmond. Live they will blow you away.
I've seen this film twice now and it is just awesome. I've heard some people say that Sally Hawkins character is unbearable,but I think those people need a hug. What's wrong with always finding the positive?
Also here is a couple of photos of Plymouth from the weekend.
Peace in the middle east x

Essays,Exams
I've just come back from Plymouth for the weekend which was very fun and very messy and probably will hit me in a couple of days.
I saw Rusko one of the kings of Dubstep and it wasMDMamazing.
After a 6 hour coach ride back to London yesterday I heard Justice and Erol Aklan were playing at the end it is closing at the end of this week. I went straight down there as the last time I saw JUSTICE was unbelievable.
It was at Benicassim and that is where I also saw Erol Alkan which was also amazing;
So I figured them playing together in The End would be insane. So I got down there and the queue was huge but we waited and waited anyway. Then came the torrential freezing rain but still we waited soaked and freezing for around 3 and a half hours until we get about 50 people away from the front(which was bloody close when you saw the size of the fucking queue) and the bouncer just came up to us and shouted "sorry you'll get in but you'll completely miss JUSTICEs set." Why the fuck did he not tell us this 3 hours ago?! So completely soaked and freezing we didn't feel like paying 30 pounds for two hours in a club with no JUSTICE so we went back to a friends ridiculously posh flat in E1 and got drunk and a little bit mashed. So basically FUCK YOU The End.
I'm in love with the teenagers homecoming at the moment.
amazing song.
Also I have been watching lots of Chelsea Lately on youtube thought i'd be a show i'd actually despise,but it's funny because it seems she despises the show aswell.
I'm so putting off doing these essays 5000 words in a week. Fuck. I'm not going to be leaving the house for a while.

Hospital
Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They push the human race forward. Maybe they have to be crazy. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
It's not about drinking yourself into hospital. My liver still hurts,didn't even drink that much just was still ill and went out and I must of broke or something.
Also not about 24 hour essay sprees when you have to goto Plymouth at 11am.
My poor poor liver,but at least it's something I've done now.
ALSO RIP PHIL AKA DJ RISK.

Optimist?
I generally believe in that generally most humans would do the right thing if it came down to it.
But reading through the comments left on the articles on perezhilton.com which is my total guilty pleasure I have seen more hate than I ever have before,about 75% of the people who leave comments on the site are very very racist or have some kind of hate for a minority. i quote;
"Why the fuck would you give that nigger a number one" which that had over 10 agreeing replys and general small mindedness and anyone who disagrees is obviously a "junkie liberal" also quoted,i want to know from you americans out there is that really how it goes or is this just a very small lame minority,if it's not i feel sorry for all these people with that much hate in them,they must of had no fun growing up.
